Bring the record to the decision.
The useful question is not only whether a seller has a history. It is whether you can inspect the original carried record, verify its integrity and identify what remains unestablished before committing to the asset.
Stop reconstructing what already happened.
A screenshot or summary is convenient to forward but difficult to examine. It may omit the supporting report, confuse similar machines or describe a different point in the recorded lifecycle. Each buyer is left requesting the underlying evidence again.
Start with the carried record.
An AssetSeal package carries the asset subject, its admitted history and included evidence. A buyer can open the exact package, verify its enclosing Receiz artifact, inspect the recorded identity and trace the displayed state to the included events. The seller’s dashboard is no longer the only place the record can be examined.
Two generators. Similar specifications. Different evidence.
A procurement team receives an AssetSeal workspace for a generator under review. It checks the recorded model and serial against the physical machine, inspects the component replacement and service report, and verifies the package on its own device. A missing recent inspection remains a specific question for the seller, rather than being concealed by an overall “verified” label.
Put it into your workflow.
- 01
Request the original package
Ask the holder for a sealed AssetSeal workspace, not just a screenshot or a QR photograph. Agree which information may be shared before the holder exports.
- 02
Verify and inspect
Use Verify a package to open the file without an account. Review the asset identity, timeline, components and evidence. Compare recorded identifiers with the actual machine and documents.
- 03
Resolve the remaining questions
Ask about omitted periods, later events and any unestablished claims. Use the carried records alongside physical inspection, ownership documentation and your procurement requirements.
Know exactly what the proof establishes.
Package verification establishes the carried proof, not legal title, an unseen event, the latest global state or physical condition. Scanning an AssetSeal tag identifies an asset; copying the tag neither establishes custody nor grants authority.
Before you begin.
Can a buyer verify without a Receiz ID?
Yes. Independent package inspection does not require the buyer to open an Identity Seal. Receiz ID is used for owner actions in a workspace.
Does a verified history guarantee a good purchase?
Verification gives you an inspectable proof boundary for the carried record. Commercial valuation, physical inspection, legal title and completeness of disclosure require their own evidence.
Can a seller export only one document or one asset?
The current console exports the whole workspace, including all of its assets and attachments. Review the full scope and use an appropriately scoped workspace before sharing. Selective disclosure is not provided by this export.

Equipment Maintenance Records & Service History
Every service visit produces knowledge someone will need again. Connect the record, the evidence and the machine at the moment the work is recorded. Carry that history into the next inspection, repair or purchase decision.
