Make the work count for the life of the asset.
Every service visit produces knowledge someone will need again. Connect the record, the evidence and the machine at the moment the work is recorded. Carry that history into the next inspection, repair or purchase decision.
Stop reconstructing what already happened.
A maintenance entry in one system, photos on a phone and a component serial in an email leave the next team assembling the same story again. Moving the machine or changing software can separate that story from the asset.
Start with the carried record.
AssetSeal connects owner-recorded service, repair, inspection and component events to one durable asset subject. Earlier records remain carried. The console derives operating hours, installed components and the last recorded service from that history; a sealed export carries the evidence beyond the application.
A replacement part should bring its history forward.
An operator records a pump repair, attaches the service report and photographs, then records removal of the old component and installation of the replacement with its serial number. The component view reflects the admitted changes. Months later, the next reviewer opens the exported workspace and inspects the original event and its attachments instead of asking the operator to reconstruct them.
Put it into your workflow.
- 01
Establish the asset
Open your Receiz Identity Seal, create an AssetSeal and record the machine’s Asset ID, manufacturer, model and serial. Keep the identifier attached to the same physical asset.
- 02
Record the work and evidence
Add a service, repair, inspection or component record. Include the effective date, operating hours where applicable, notes and supporting files. Capture a photo or video from the record form, or attach an existing document.
- 03
Carry the history forward
Inspect Timeline, Components and Evidence. Export the sealed workspace and verify the exact package in a separate browser. The recipient can inspect the carried history without access to your working device.
Know exactly what the proof establishes.
Records in this console are owner records. Attaching a technician’s report preserves the report as evidence; it does not confer independent technician authority or certify that the machine is safe to operate.
Before you begin.
Does this replace maintenance scheduling software?
AssetSeal provides the portable, verifiable life record. The current console records lifecycle events and derives state; it does not provide work-order dispatch or automated preventive-maintenance scheduling.
What evidence can I attach?
The record form accepts evidence files, including photos, captured video and reports. The exported workspace includes its assets and attachments.
Can I see which parts are installed?
Yes. Component installation and removal records derive the installed-components view. The history of earlier component events remains available in the timeline.

Used Equipment Due Diligence & Asset History
The useful question is not only whether a seller has a history. It is whether you can inspect the original carried record, verify its integrity and identify what remains unestablished before committing to the asset.

An asset’s history must remain useful beyond the application that first displayed it. Carry the proof in the file and verification can begin with the original, wherever the review happens.
