Keep the history when the context changes.
People change roles. Equipment moves. Applications change. Establish continuity at the asset record so the next authorized operator can start with what is already known.
Stop reconstructing what already happened.
A fleet inventory tells you what is listed. It does not, by itself, preserve the evidence behind every lifecycle decision outside the system that holds the list. During a handoff, the receiving team may inherit a spreadsheet while the supporting history stays behind.
Start with the carried record.
AssetSeal maintains multiple asset subjects in an owner-held workspace. Each keeps its identity and admitted lifecycle history. Exported proof objects carry those records and attachments; the console reconstructs their recorded state from the included history. The file remains the verification source, while the interface makes it useful.
An equipment team changes its working device.
Before retiring its old workstation, the owner exports a sealed workspace for a group of pumps. On the replacement device, the same owner opens the Receiz Identity Seal and restores the workspace. The assets resume from their admitted history. Separately, a reviewer can inspect that package without being given the owner’s identity file or permission to act as the owner.
Put it into your workflow.
- 01
Build a consistent asset register
Create each asset under your Receiz identity with a stable Asset ID and recorded manufacturer, model and serial. Select assets within the console without merging their histories.
- 02
Capture changes against the right subject
Record service, commissioning, incidents, component changes and retirement against the selected asset. Attach the supporting evidence while the work is still understood.
- 03
Preserve a usable handoff
Export the workspace and retain the original sealed file. The same owner can restore it with the matching identity; another person can independently inspect the proof without adopting ownership.
Know exactly what the proof establishes.
Inspection, restoration and transfer are different actions. This console supports same-owner restoration and independent inspection. Exporting a package does not transfer ownership or delegate authority to another organization.
Before you begin.
Does a QR tag expose the fleet’s records?
The tag carries an asset reference and opens the identification route. A recipient still needs the relevant sealed package to inspect the history on their device. Verification does not automatically publish private records.
Can I continue without relying on the original dashboard?
The sealed export carries the workspace history and evidence. Install the console and proof resources before going offline, retain your files, and verify the exported package independently.
Is this a replacement for every fleet-management function?
The console provides asset continuity, lifecycle records, evidence and verification. Dispatch, live location tracking, multi-organization permissions and work-order scheduling are separate workflows.

Equipment Maintenance Records & Service History
Every service visit produces knowledge someone will need again. Connect the record, the evidence and the machine at the moment the work is recorded. Carry that history into the next inspection, repair or purchase decision.

The useful question is not only whether a seller has a history. It is whether you can inspect the original carried record, verify its integrity and identify what remains unestablished before committing to the asset.

An asset’s history must remain useful beyond the application that first displayed it. Carry the proof in the file and verification can begin with the original, wherever the review happens.
