The proof should survive the connection.
An asset’s history must remain useful beyond the application that first displayed it. Carry the proof in the file and verification can begin with the original, wherever the review happens.
Stop reconstructing what already happened.
If every check requires a query to the originating system, a disconnected site, unavailable service or expired account can interrupt the review. An exported summary may preserve readable text while losing the proof needed to establish its integrity.
Start with the carried record.
AssetSeal exports a Receiz-sealed workspace with carried sources, asset history and evidence. Its verification flow checks the enclosing artifact before projecting the included asset records. Install the console and proof resources while connected, then inspect the retained package locally without a network connection.
One package. Two devices. No live lookup.
An operator exports an AssetSeal workspace and provides the exact file to a reviewer. The reviewer first installs the console and proof resources, then disconnects. Opening the package verifies its carried proof and displays the included assets, events and evidence. The reviewer does not need the operator’s account or access to the originating workstation.
Put it into your workflow.
- 01
Prepare while connected
Open Identity controls and select “Keep this console available offline.” Wait for installation to complete. Initial device enrollment is required before creating and sealing your own live records; it requires connectivity.
- 02
Retain the original sealed export
Export workspace and keep the downloaded file intact. It includes all workspace assets and evidence. Share it only with intended recipients after checking the complete contents.
- 03
Verify with the network off
Disconnect, reopen the installed console and use Verify a package. Inspect the carried asset history. Compare the package’s recorded state with any later evidence separately; offline verification cannot discover unseen updates.
Know exactly what the proof establishes.
Offline verification establishes the proof and state carried in the supplied package. It does not assert that no later events exist. Installing a verifier is preparation; a functioning offline check of the exact file is the demonstration.
Before you begin.
Must the asset’s owner be online during verification?
No. Once the reviewer has the original package and installed verification resources, verification operates locally. The owner’s live session is not the proof source.
Can new records be created offline?
The console and proof resources must already be installed, and the device must have completed initial enrollment. An enrolled owner can then use the supported local record and export flows.
What should I keep for long-term continuity?
Keep the original sealed workspace, the owner’s recovery materials under appropriate control, and an installed verifier. Verify an export before depending on it, and retain later sealed exports as the history advances.

The useful question is not only whether a seller has a history. It is whether you can inspect the original carried record, verify its integrity and identify what remains unestablished before committing to the asset.
